Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Conditions for Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The artwork must be in its original condition.

Exchange Period: You may exchange the artwork within 14 days of receiving it for another piece of equal or lesser value. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new artwork.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork. Once the return is processed, we will coordinate the shipment of your new selection.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before sending us an email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. No refunds on commission work. Deposits are nonrefundable. Painting is presented with full payment.

Refund Exceptions

If an exception on your order has been made, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Commissions

When you commission a piece, you will still get my artistic vision. This is part of the excitement of having a piece created especially for you! The deposit is nonrefundable and the completed painting is presented with full payment. Additional iterations after the 2nd design change cost extra.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us by email for instructions and address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
